Each calculator links to its equation, an example and relevant original research or official documentation. Results are computed locally in your browser with the conversion factor shown in the form.
Editorial status
Content was prepared against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. It has not undergone independent medical review. No reviewer credentials, regulatory approvals, institutional endorsement or clinical certification are claimed.
Model integrity
The site implements HOMA1 approximation equations and labels them explicitly. It does not substitute a C-peptide multiplier for measured insulin or claim to reproduce Oxford’s HOMA2 software.
